"Great integrity. My car wasn't starting, had it towed here because it was close. I'd never gone here before but the place I'd normally go was all booked up into the next week. I told them it needed a new starter, but turned out it was only one of the wires connected to the starter. They replaced it and got my car running again for much cheaper than I expected, when they could have installed a new starter at a higher cost. I will definitely come back here for future repairs."

"I just returned to Massachusetts from buying a car at Koppy Motors and I would like to share my experience.We had been looking to replace a car that was totaled with the same or as close as possible and after a few months on all the online dealers I found just what we wanted at Koppy.The price was more than fair and the condition of the vehicle was fantastic.From the 1st phone call I was treated very seriously and all of my questions were answered in a very timely manner.The sales person was responsive and helpful,investigating all my concerns and showing me every detail of the car on Facetime.I had never purchased a car online before so I was a little weary but she made it so easy.I made sure to let her know I would not be able to fly out to pick up the car for 2 weeks but that was not an issue.After we decided we wanted the car for sure I was passed to the business manager and he was as helpful and responsive as the sales person.Every phone call was answered or returned immediately.They took a deposit and plans were arranged for me to fly out to Minnesota to pick up the car.They even sent a driver to the airport that morning to retrieve me.1400 miles later I was home with our new(to us) car,the car ran great the whole way!
